Here's Ed doing a demonstration with two T3s set up,
each with a different blade.
The original ring saw has a Standard Blade. This blade
can cut frontwards, backwards, and in any other
direction as well, better than the scroll saw type, just hold
your glass steady and guide it right in.
Other blades, available separately, include the Mega
Blade for cutting stone such as granite, the Separating
Blade, for inside cuts, and the Slicer Blade for very thin
cuts, like murrini. There's also a new Dichro Blade, for
very thin cuts so you don't waste the glass.
