Paragon Kilns

Our favorite kilns are made by the folks at Paragon in Mesquite, TX. We carry
and service Paragon kilns, shelves and furniture. We are both certified by
Paragon in kiln installation, maintenance, and repair, and Ed has advanced
certification. We can help match you with the kiln you really need, for whatever
work you do. And, we have buyer-friendly prices, too! Specs for all these and
more kilns are at the Paragon website. Give us a call if you don't see what you
want here, Ed is always available at 276-620-8595.
Some of the models we use regularly:
The ultimate and basic of all 110v kilns is the little workhorse, the SC2. It's great
for silver clay and small-scale glass fusing. Martha bought her first SC2 in
2000, and has been firing them ever since. We travel regularly with these kilns
and we have one sitting on our kitchen counter most of the time. This kiln does
not have exposed wiring, rather it is completely contained in a muffle. The
controller is simple to use, whether preprogrammed or holding one of four
programs you put in to suit your needs.

Give us a call or an email if you'd like more information, or to place an order.
Right now we're having these drop-shipped directly from the factory in Texas,
and order time is running about one to two weeks. When you call, we'll give you
an updated ship time and your new kiln will be on its way shortly! We accept
credit cards or PayPal; 5% state tax for Virginia residents.
We provide great service (its one of the ways we're different from someone who
may give a little better deal); give us a call when you get your new kiln and we'll
walk you through the programs and get you ready to roll!

Here's Ed programming one of
our SC2s. The three-key pad is
simple to use and stores four
programs, so you are ready to
go next time you load it.
